Rental & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This page outlines the terms related to your boat rental with The Pearl Luxury Cruises. By confirming a booking, you accept the payment, cancellation, and refund conditions below.

2. Deposit & Payment Terms

A 30% deposit of the total rental fee is required upon booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled cruise time.

  • Secure payment link will be sent via email after booking.
  • Final payment may be made via POS terminal or in cash (upon prior agreement).
  • Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation without refund of the deposit.

3. Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Cash (on agreement)
  • Secure online payment link (sent via email)

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before the cruise: deposit refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days: deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the rental fee is charged.

5. Weather Cancellations

In case of adverse weather, mechanical failure, or other safety concerns:

  • We will offer either an alternative cruise date or a full refund.
  • Final decision regarding weather-related cancellations lies solely with The Pearl Luxury Cruises for passenger safety.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The Pearl Luxury Cruises is not responsible for any additional bank or transaction fees.

7. Legal Binding

Completing the booking form or payment process constitutes a legally binding agreement and full acceptance of this Rental & Refund Policy.
